yesterday was his b-day and sunday is the 2nd year anniversary of his death. one of the greatest hip-hop producers of all time. he was regarded as "your favorite producer's favorite producer". the list of artists he worked with reads off like a who's who in hip-hop and R&B. he produced timeless classic songs during my favorite era in hip-hop for hip-hop legends tribe, de la, and pharcyde. his songs were basically the soundtrack of my life when i first started djing. j dilla changed my life. remember j dilla forever feb 7, 1974–feb 10, 2006
