Inauguration traffic on I-66 eastbound at 4:40am

Wow, never seen that before. People are stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic from I-495 to the fair oaks exit on I-66 eastbound. I'm actually on my way back from a gig in dc. Had to go thru the maryland side to get out of dc so I can get back into virginia since all the bridges out of dc are closed.
